The hotel has the SAFE ACCOMMODATION Certificate, issued by the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation (CEHAT) and Hospitality of Spain. This certificate guarantees that the following measures are applied:
– very strict cleaning and disinfection protocols
– use of homologated virucidal products with which to prevent contagion
– social distance
– provision of hydroalcoholic gel in common areas
– training on COVID Prevention for all hotel employees
Additionally, our hotel applies the following ADDITIONAL MEASURES:
– Communication by whatsapp: a telephone number accessible by whatsapp has been enabled to be able to communicate with the Reception without having to go down to the Front Desk.
– Replacement of paper documents in the room with QR codes. Guests will be able to access all the useful information (room-service menu, hotel information directory, etc.) through their own electronic devices.
– Installation of machines for air purification in the Reception and Breakfast Room, with virucidal action, with plasma filters and ultraviolet rays.
– Temporary closure of the Gym, the Meeting Room and the Cafeteria. Bar service is offered in the room, common areas with natural ventilation and on the roof terrace.
– Reduction of capacity in the Breakfast Room to guarantee social distance. It is worth noting its location in a very ventilated area with large windows facing the street.
– Buffet breakfast assisted by our staff to prevent food from being contaminated.
– Disinfectant wipes are included among the amenities in the rooms.
– The client is offered the possibility of accessing a comprehensive medical assistance service for the international client, with a doctor’s visit at the hotel and hospital with translators. This service will be settled by the client himself. We recommend our guests to travel with a travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
– Possibility of contracting PCR tests and antigen tests at special prices, even with the possibility to have these tests made at your own room, in the hotel. This service must be hired at least 48 hours before the departure of the return flight. This is an external service for which the hotel cannot be held responsible.
– The amount of the stay will be charged at the entrance, to facilitate a faster Check-out, preferably with a contactless credit card.
– The cleaning of the room or any maintenance will not be carried out in the presence of the client, except for just cause.
